Today’s writing prompt ask if you have any collection. And well, I can answer this writing prompt because as you know, if you follow this, I collect rubber ducks.

Rubber duck collection

My name is Steve and I am a rubber duck collector.

My collection is smallish. I haven’t been collecting them that long. However, I have had a few for quite a while.

In another blog post. I mentioned that I started my collection more fully around Christmas 2024, where my wife got me a good bit of rubber ducks for Christmas.

And it has been growing ever since. I have even got to visit a few rubber duck stores.

At the time of this blog post on May 22, 2025, I have almost 500 rubber ducks. That is nowhere close to be in the biggest collection.

Now end of October and I have over 1,000 rubber ducks.

So if I get any duplicate rubber ducks, I will use them to hand out to people, duck Jeeps with, or even trade with other rubber duck collectors.

Just a sidenote, I used to collect business cards a very long time ago.
