Prayer Walk for our Schools – Corbin, KY – Central Baptist Corbin Flyer

[pullquote]“The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”[/pullquote]

The Corbin area churches is asking people to meet at the school of your choice to join a prayer leader in praying for the administration, teachers, staff and students of the schools. The theme verse for this prayer walk is found and James 5:16. That reads, “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”

I wonder how many other communities are cities have prayer walks for their schools? Not to mention, what kind of impact can we make for these schools by doing prayer walks for our schools? Maybe, we can do this ourselves at our local area schools and do a prayer walk! There is power in prayer and I believe if we started to do more praying and prayer walks for our local schools, things just might turn around. Prayer can change things! We must however, remember to pray in the Will of God.

Does your community or city area churches do a prayer walk at your local area schools?

If they do, I would like to hear from you. Share with me when they do it. How do they meet and what kind of things do they pray over. Or anything you wish to share about that prayer walk.
